Also, Let me answer your query here. Documents Required for proprietorship
1. PAN Card (Individual)
2. Aadhar card
3. Business address proof
-If you Own place then you have to use electricity bill that comes with your name.
-If place is rented then you require Rent agreement and NOC also if property is residential.

-If property is commercial then you just need rental agreement
4. Your own Photograph
5. Bank account (Saving/ Current account)
If you are going with proprietorship then both saving or current account will work. You can use your passbook or cancelled cheque as account proof.
Also, other clauses :
– If property is inherited or owned by parents/grandparents then you need their utility bill and a signed NOC.
-If property owner died then we need death certificate here instead of NOC.
-If property is owned by your wife then you need utility bill that comes with her name and a signed NOC.
