Yes i guess margin you mentioned here is too low. I guess you should try to discuss this with manufacturer and try to negotiate this with them. Although you should get sales volume but if you are not getting margin at least 100 then i would not suggest it. Regarding Facebook ads yes you will send user to product listing page and user may buy from any seller, although you can set default landing page which you can set with your account but buyer will have option to change seller.
