I have talked to you about Trademark. Yes, you can get trademark that is TM symbol for 3-4 months and R symbol takes 2 years. You can contact your CA for that and CA will guide you better. Again, When you apply for trademark within a couple of days you get TM and you can use this for brand registry. Amazon may ask manufacturer authorisation if you are going for private label of product. R symbol takes around 1 years meanwhile you can use TM.
